DAVID is the best! I started my mattress shopping day WINDOW shopping. I was dead set on just looking and gathering prices and info. David didn't know this but we had already been to 3 other mattress stores (Mattress Firm, Macy's, and Jerome's) before stopping by Ortho Mattress. Upon walking in I immediately felt a big difference in the "vibe". David was polite, informative, and beyond helpful. This was our last stop of the day , just wanted to check out the inventory. From the first stop at Mattress Firm I was lowkey sold on a Therapeutic mattress but the one I was interested in was about $3699 ABOVE the price I was looking for . So seriously my mind was made up we were not buying. David didn't have the typical salesman approach that makes you feel pressure to buy or that you're being hussled out of your money just so they can get the sale. He approached me with genuine concern as to why we were shopping for a new mattress. He educated me on a few I was looking at, especially with my Fibromyalgia pain. He allowed us to take our time , feel out the products for ourselves and not once did I feel rushed or turned off by a salesman pitch. Like I told David most people will buy a regular mattress under $500 and call it a day... if a customer is walking into a mattress store they are prob in pain NEEDING something to help them. Salesman are then like bed doctors, we are in need of a life changing mattress for pain and having a salesman like David is just what I needed. I could ramble on all day about David's amazing customer service but to make a long story short... we left Ortho Mattress that day and returned within a few hours. I just knew I needed to buy a mattress and it had to be from you all. Just the genuine care and concern David showed alone sold me . I didn't want to give my business to anyone but him. Not only did we buy a mattress this day.... bought a King size and frame, in a model that costs way more than the $3600 I thought was too much at Mattress Firm. Amazing customer service and genuine concern sold me this day. My bed wouldn't even be ready for 2 weeks and I STILL purchased it . David took the time to explain everything costs, scheduling, delivery etc. And just as he stated they texted the day before to remind me, called an hr before arriving and was in and out within 15-20 mins. I've been in heaven ever since. Best purchase I've made in a long time. I haven't stopped once to think about the cost because David made me feel that secure in my purchase. I can't say Thank You enough. Someone give this man a raise , he definitely deserves it! Anyone who took the time to read my words just know ... David is the best. You will not be disappointed in purchasing from him and Ortho Mattress. You get what you pay for and I deserved this piece of heaven ....so do you! #NotAllHerosWearCapes

My husband and I were in the market for a new bed. We had visited another bed store and researched online. We decided to try Ortho Mattress. We were greeted by Mark McFarland. Since we knew what we wanted he showed us exactly what we asked for and gave us options. We ended up buying something else but were very happy with the change. Mark is very friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy! The purchase process was quick and effortless! I urge everyone to come and see Mark for a great sale experience!

I had such a great experience shopping with Mark McFarland. Being a decent college grad, I wasn’t too familiar with the mattress industry. Mark took the time to find out what style of mattress best suited my needs. His customer service helped make this tumultuous process a breeze. His kind family friendly demeanor helped me find the perfect bed, at rapid speed. I would and have been recommending Ortho Mattress to anyone in need of a quality mattress from a trustworthy family business.

After searching for mattresses in several well-reviewed locations our experience at Ortho was clearly the best. Adam, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable, personable, and ac tually made me confident in a purchase that was above what I had budgeted for.
