- JFJames De La Fuente4 days ago3.0This Lowe’s location next to IKEA is honestly pretty nice overall. The store is very clean, organized, and the staff has always been helpful when I’ve needed assistance. It definitely feels a little more polished compared to some other hardware stores around San Diego. My only downside personally is the tool selection. Lowe’s carries a lot of their own house brands, and I’m more of a Milwaukee and DeWalt guy, so they don’t always have the brands or variety I’m looking for when it comes to tools and contractor equipment. But if that doesn’t matter to you, it’s still a solid store with a good overall shopping experience.

- ASA SloMay 7, 20261.0I had some Levolor vertical blinds cut to the size I needed. Unfortunately, they didn’t pull out the long vane piece for the valance before cutting the two packs of vanes/slats. The machine does cut the valance piece that holds the decorative insert, sure, but that vane has to be removed first so it can be cut to the correct size. I called Levolor to confirm the proper process.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
