  My husband and I decided to take advantage of La Z Boys 30% Veteran’s Day Sale. We were delighted to be greeted by Farooq as we entered the store. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very attentive without being overpowering. Before we knew it we had found a sofa and two recliners that we loved. Farooq arranged for Karine a wonderful designer to come out to our house with an array of fabric samples to confirm our choices. Karine was terrific…. She was on time, very knowledgeable, personable, very pleasant to work with. After she took measurements she had the renderings of our room with the new furniture by the next day. Farooq and Karine were a joy to work with. Jim and I would highly recommend this team of lovely people to work with when you go into La Z Boy Furniture to select items for your home. They both deserve 5 STARS!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We want to sincerely thank them both.

  Our salesperson, Barbara, was awesome. She took tons of time with us and really educated about La-z-boy. She also checked out about 6 different models for us and found the right one for us. We even went home and slept on it and came back the next day and narrowed it down even further before making the right purchase. Everyone in the store was super helpful.

  Lazy-Boy is a great company with quality furniture. We recently purchased a recliner and loveseat from the Mission Valley store. Our sales rep., Rudy Esparza, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained all our options in a complete and understandable manner. Lazy-Boy seems to maintain a good customer service approach in their business. So, stop in at the Lazy-Boy Furniture Showroom in Mission Valley for good service and quality furniture choices.

  We purchased two chairs, a recliner and a loveseat. Both are very comfortable and very well built. We got both of them with electric reclining and again very nice. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly, she helped us find the right chairs, upholstery, color and comfort. The chairs were pricey but if they last as long as my first chair the price is well worth it. The only downfall is the chairs come with a battery pack but no batteries included and yes for what we paid you would think they would come with the batteries. It would be like buying a car with no battery, and yes I could have bought a car for the price! I am very satisfied with our purchase and recommend La-Z-boy to everyone

  We had a great experience purchasing our new reclining sectional from La-Z-Boy! A special shoutout to Karina, our in-home designer, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we chose the perfect size and color for our space. She was incredibly friendly, personable, and made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend Karina! We’re already looking forward to having her back after the sectional is installed to help us choose art, mirrors, and décor to finish the space. Farooq, our floor sales associate, was also very helpful when we first came into the store and made us feel welcome from the start. Overall, a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We can’t wait for our new sectional!
