Hubby and I are so happy with Extra Space storage! Their storage facilities and spaces are clean and easy to store. They have drive up storages for your convenience as well. Cesi and Erika work so hard to set you up and are always there to answer any questions. If I need to rent from them again, I highly recommend Extra Space Stirage!

Was looking for a last minute place to store all my stuff as I had to move out and wasn’t able to move into our new place for two weeks. I called extra space storage and they gave me a deal first month free and every month after that would be $130…… well at least that’s what Phillip told me on the phone. My first month rent was due and I told them that the guy Phillip told me my monthly payments would only be $130. They told me my bill due was $270. (My fault for not reading my contract) but whatever I was in a rush to move all my stuff into a storage so I just bit the bullet and accepted that it was my fault. Anyways 3 months down the line my rent goes up to $315 out of nowhere. This company is insane for lying to their customers, and for raising their rent without notice. I called them the first time about the supposed $130/month payment and they told me I agreed to $270 (My fault) but the second time $315 now. Do better Extra Space storage. Would definitely not recommend storing your stuff here. The only good thing about this place was that I was able to move my stuff in the same day. Other than that. Terrible customer service and at the Del Sol location in San Diego there was rat droppings and dirt all over my boxes and storage items because the ceiling was falling apart above my unit.
