As a second time long term renter I would advise everyone looking to rent at this facility if you offered a "promotional rate" as soon as it ends and you are all settled in you can expect to see a 100% increase in the rate. Happend to me twice now...
If that happens dont expect to negotiate even if they tell you they will at first. They wont. Dont fall for it just find another facility. Both times I was able to find another one cheaper.. the unit I was in also had occasional rat droppings.
The only reason im leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because other than management (Sarah particularly) the other employees were friendly and helpful.

The transparency throughout the process, the size and location of the property, easy access, and overall quietness really stood out to me.
I also appreciated the help on understanding how the pricing changes throughout different months and periods. It was especially helpful to receive a credit for not being notified in a timely manner about a price change. Going forward, I now understand the importance of paying ahead of time to help avoid unexpected price increases.
Overall, I appreciate the communication, transparency, and willingness to work with me\. It made the experience much more positive, and I would definitely consider this storage facility.
