really relaxing experience overall, nothing stressful about it. the staff guy was friendly and showed me to everything without being pushy, I liked that alot. I booked just a basic stone massage and it was good but to be honest I think for the price the time felt a little short like it ended earlier than expected by maybe ten minutes. clean towels and nice music that wasn’t overly loud which I aprieciated. really wish they had tea after the service since the waiting area is kind of boring otherwise but thats the only thing. would go back just trying to find a better deal next time.

Just moved in today and very happy with the facility and the customer service!! The place is very neat, feels super secure, and seems very well run. Sindy & Bob (site managers) were both in the office when I checked in. They were both extremely warm and friendly, so helpful and eager to help me in any way I needed. They made me feel very welcomed and felt that my stuff will be in good hands there. No complaints, very happy!

Manager waited for me to show me around property and units after closing time. The property utilizes blue eye camera idk what it is but made me feel better of all the homeless. Best price around this area lock in longer contract to keep lower price before it spikes up. No lights inside the units but you can tell its clean, free of bugs at least on 3rd floor.
