Terrifying. I stored my daughter’s stuff here for the summer. When we went to pick up her things there were many homeless people living in units and it smelled like urine. So glad she wasn’t alone as it definitely wouldn’t feel safe. Gross.

Frances was amazing. She set me up smoothly online for Joy, Bob and Cindy to receive me at the storage property. They were incredible! Couldn’t have asked for a better storage property. Very clean and I feel very safe and secure here. Highly recommended.

When you dont want to write a review because people will find out about a place and then the price goes up. Well I dont want the staffs efforts and dedication to superior customer service and friendliness to go unnoticed. Not only is this place a hidden gem but it is also very clean. I am glad that I came here and didnt go to any other storage facility in San Diego. I highly recommend this business and the staff is the best in town 👌. Thank you, I really appreciate all that you do and have done to make every experience that I've had be exceptional 🤝. Have an amazing day.

Staff is friendly but this company is terrible. We've had a unit for less than a year and our rate has increased by $200 extra a month. What started as a $300 unit is now close to $500... the first rise in rates happened at 3 months.... and just got hit with the second.
It's insane, and we have no choice but to pay it because my husband is on deployment and we need to keep our stuff there until he gets back...
pretty frustrating. If your looking for an affordable storage space this isn't it. It seems that way at the beginning and then it changes very quickly. So look for something where they don't trick you. We were told rates change every 6 months. That's not true...
if you are looking for a space temporarily, meaning less than 3 months than you might be safe...don't recommend long term..
