- AAAriel6 days ago5.0Great experience using this storage property for a short period of time. I was able to inquire about a new space and get moved in within 24 hours. Selina assisted me with my move in and provided the absolute best customer service. She was understanding to my storage needs and provided the best option for me. She definitely needs a promotion , she would rock as a manager. The property was easy to access and there are moving carts available onsite . The elevators are very large which is a plus. The gate access hours are 6am-10pm at my location and that provided so much more convenience. Bob the site manager is very friendly as well as the other team members at the Sherman st. Location . I would definitely recommend extra space. Make sure to ask if they have any first timer specials . (:
