- MSmichael sharmaJul 21, 20261.0Came in for a blind repair. They didn’t fix it correctly so I went back again. The second repair was also not successful as it didn’t work correctly immediately after installing it. They have a mobile service but refused to send someone over even though they messed up the repair twice. Their only solution is to keep going back and forth which I’m not doing a third time because they won’t fix it correctly anyway. This place has bad workmanship and bad customer service from Mike.

Most recently, I had the trim a few inches off blinds so I could transition from an outside to inside window mount and they came out perfectly! Great prices, great service and they do free pick up/ delivery for larger projects.

I called and was given an accurate estimate over the phone; they came to pick them up when they said they would and brought them back four hours later all cleaned and fixed. The man who picked them up and brought them back did an excellent job picking them up and re-installed them on the windows. (Jason); I recommend the business without reservation.
