  Now I remember why I haven't shopped at this location in over three years. Went in this week with a mixture of an online order for pick up and then some additional items that I purchased in store while waiting for them to find my order. This location has an excuse, matrix longer than war and peace. I had a relatively large order. Nothing was heavy. It was just a lot of big boxes and a lot of cardboard. They can't help you out to the car. And the car carts that they have are not allowed to leave the store. So you end up leaving your things at the front and then making multiple trips to the parking lot. The normal spot for pick up was already occupied. And the rest of it is a fire lane. It took them about 25 minutes to find the order and then bring it to the front on a cart. But that cart is not allowed to go outside either. There were a couple things that I bought in the store. But only the sample was available at my eye level. I went searching for an employee to get the item off the shelf. But was told it would be a little while because they only had one cashier. I'm not sure what that has to do with the stock people that are working in the back or the other person working on the floor. They have ladders, but you're not allowed to use them. So I gave up on that item. All in all, just not a really great experience I don't know if they're having staffing shortages or they were just ill prepared for a summer of college student, military personnel, moving, and just general activities that would involve buying items from the container store. But they were very unprepared for business.

  This 5 star review is for JULIE specifically! She was amazing and helped us get all our needs met. (And a zero star review for Ingrid). We came in and asked if we could get items delivered. Ingrid just shrugged and said she didn't know. She called Julie, who came and told us our options, including Dolly delivery. So we shopped and found hundreds of dollars of items for our new place. We tried to check out, and Ingrid was there. We said we wanted items delivered. "Well, I don't know anything about that." We relayed the information Julie had given us. "Well, I don't know anything about that." She then told us about the cart policy, and we again explained we didn't have a car and wanted delivery. We finally asked her to call Julie, who came and managed the entire thing (after Ingrid rang up everything up incorrectly, had to void all items, and still couldn't get anything right without Julie's assistance), Thank God for Julie. She got us our items, scheduled delivery, and delayed her own lunch break to cover for Ingrid's incompetence. That woman deserves to be promoted to manger!.

  Usually, every single employee at the store is so helpful and kind. But there is an employee named Margaret, who is so rude and unhelpful. It’s like she makes it her mission to be rude to customers. I hope while the container store goes through their branding change, they will also weed out the employees who have horrible customer service skills like Margaret
