    All weekend long we were looking for composite frames. I told my daughter go to At Home, but she didnt listen. After multiple failed missions, we went to At Home and found everything we had been looking for. The picture frame section was well stocked and so organized. I asked who had organized it and the employees pointed to Amy. Kudos to Amy! Everyone in the store was so helpful, I think its going to be my daughter's new favorite. Of course Mama is always right!

    Julia at at your San Diego location on Carmel Mtn Road gave excellent service and helped us navigate your website and my online account where we discovered a discount coupon. It was because of her help and the coupon that we went from spending $300 to $900. Excellent service!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
