Was not home when Aptive technicians serviced
our property for the first time. It appears to me
there was significant time and diligence spent in cleaning out pest areas, webs and other problem areas. I could tell that much detailed work and
spraying had been done in hidden and hard to get low and high areas- this service was NOT
phoned in- extensive and complete work was definitely evident. I am impressed and will be watching for this to continue on a monthly basis.

The team was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with from start to finish. They arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. I really appreciated how informative and helpful they were throughout the process. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about customer service and doing the job right. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy pest control services.

Unethical business practices. Do not sign a contract with Aptive. I wish I would've checked the bad reviews here before signing up a few years ago. I agreed to quarterly visits at a price of $99 per visit. Over time they have raised their prices WITHOUT notice: $99.00 to $120.00 to $125.00 to $130.00 to $135.00 to $144.00 to $158.00. Each time, I didn't find out about the price hikes until AFTER they charged my card. Additionally, they increased my service visits to every 2 months WITHOUT NOTICE. I called to complain and they dropped my price to $90 per visit, assuring me that i was back on a quarterly schedule. The tech texted me that he was on his way very next day - I told him not to come. Then I got another text saying another tech was coming two days after the other tech tried to come. Enough is enough, I called to cancel. They offered me $80 per visit and to put me back on quarterly visits. No, thank you. You cannot be trusted, Aptive. UPDATE: APTIVE still sent out another technician AFTER i cancelled my account. I called in and they said it was never canceled. 2 reps hung up on me today when i insisted they cancel my account immediately. I finally spoke to a manager and she said it was "cancelled" but refused to send me a cancellation confirmation. DO NOT HIRE APTIVE!

I have asked the guys to do specific things in my backyard. But for some reason the only thing they did was to spray. They did sent me pictures seems to look like the’ve taken out cobwebs but I do not think they actually did the job. I Still have cobwebs everywhere my back yard. I asked to spread granules for snails but I they did not do that also because I don’t see any granules anywhere in my yard. They did not even touch the mouse trap/box. They were at my house not even 5 min. Not sure how they do their jobs within 5 min. Also I have cameras in every inch around my house but they were not bothered that what ever they do is recorded they do what they do, come, spray a little and leave just to say they came and take pictures. Aptive has been getting worst every time they come treat my house. And to think it cost $135+ dollars to spray a little and spend less than 5min and take picture of things they did not actually do.

I was approached by an Aptive employee going door-to-door consultations with my neighborhood. This is the second time they have approached my household but this time around they offered a better deal of $99 for the initial treatment and inspection of the front yard, backyard, interior home, and garage. No additional fees unless I cancel the service before the end of the 24-month term, then they charge a $199 fee. Their treatment included a liquid spray around the perimeter of the exterior and the impacted areas of the garage and 2 glue traps at the entryway of the garage. Their initial person stated that 2 of my other neighbors on my street are using this service and I did see him inspect the perimeter of my neighbor’s home at some point during the day. He had pretty good customer service and highlighted all of my concerns. The only reason I gave a 4/5 instead of 5/5 rating was because he was not very clear about who would complete the treatment, what time the appointment would take place, and how I could contact him. He didn’t have a business card because he was a new employee (allegedly) and said he would send me a text but I never received a response. They’re supposed to return in 20-30 days for a follow-up inspection and treatment and said they can return sooner if we have any issues arise. Michael and Gabriel serviced my home and did a quick but decent job. I may update this review depending on the results. Update pending.
