When someone tells you no it means no. You don't ask for water, you don't gas light people. Don't go into their home and don't compliment their dogs. Teaching young sales men to keep pushing when someone tells you no, stop and walk away, be part of the solution not the problem. Some one in Lancaster

Technician was excellent and very professional however execution of services was very poor as I rescheduled using text message a week prior then reverted to phone call but your system reversed the scheduling changes causing my Airbnb guest to become very upset when service happened as they wanted to use the outdoor pool and were not notified since I had reschedule to when we had no Airbnb guests. This has negatively impacted my business.

Everyone that I’ve interacted with so far has been Excellent! The gentleman that came out today, Brian and Tre Took such great care of my home. It was a mess. We had Black widow spiders, ant trails, And as much as I hate to admit it, I saw a rat. These gentlemen covered everything! They explained what was happening at the time, they explained what will take place afterward and Shared moving forward we should just need minor maintenance. I am so happy, Plus, they were all friendly and very personable. The company that I was previously with didn’t do half of what Aptive did. Thank you, Tristan, for showing up on my doorstep and confidently explaining what your company will do for my household. We are extremely happy with your service.

A positive experience. The workers were courteous, listened well, and sprayed outside with a non-repellent chemical that isn't available at Home Depot. So instead of immediately killing some ants and driving the rest further into our home, they can't detect the poison, it acts slowly, and eventually reaches the queen. An hour later the massive ant trail to my neighbor's palm tree was gone. They also sprayed inside wherever I pointed out a possible entry point. They cleaned up the spider webs in the pergolas. Well done.

I had Aptive for a couple years. Decided to switch to a smaller company and when I called to cancel they told me I was due a $120 refund and they were forwarding me to their billing department. The new rep said I needed to login to my account and screen share. When I asked why i needed to screen share they hung up on me. This happened two other time. This screamed SCAMMER to me. I called again and then instead they told me I did not have a refund due that if I wanted to cancel I was still under contract and needed to charge a penalty fee of $199.
During my subscription their technicians would text before the service. I would respond with what I was experiencing issues with and what to focus on I.e.
Mosquitoes. For months the technicians would reply and tell me they were treating for mosquitoes. One day when I had an scheduled service the technician texted me per usual and when I replied my usual "please spray for mosquitoes" they replied your contract doesn't cover mosquitoes. Asked if I wanted to add that treatment to my plan. I let them know I've always (from what I thought) had the treatment done under my current plan. The technician continued to say it wasn't covered and asked if I wanted to add the treatment for an extra $10. I said sure. Unbeknownst to me that was a renewals of contract in which my initials and signature were inputted digitally and I was now under a new 24 month contract.
The rep I was speaking with kept trying to tell me they'd lower the price and reduce the length of the contract but I just wanted to cancel after all this hassle. Had me on hold then came back saying something completely different. I asked for all they was promising in writing. The rep said yes I will email it to you and call back. Never got an email nor a call back. I finally caved and paid the cancellation fee but I will never renew nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone! Don't waste your time or money!
Wish I read reviews before signing up with the pushy sales reps that badger neighborhoods.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
