Amazing, professional service that was quite reasonably priced.
I've used Stanley Steemer and it was subpar compared the clean results from All American
It appears hot water extraction from van mounted beast of a machine is nothing like the rental I've done with Home Depot. Anything portable is nonsense and a waste of time

The owner, Mike Bruno, after lengthy interaction with carpet repair and cleaning - was next level in experience and technique. Apparently he established the company in early 90's
Also of note is Mike does flood & mold remediation work. He found our leak and did as little damage to remediate our house while drying and eliminating mold. I've seen and experienced less knowledgeable companies that waste time and money attempting to locate the cause. Mike is amazingly accurate at finding the source and fixing

Mike and his crew are THE BEST! They got 3 stains out of our carpet that my wife and I had deemed impossible to remove. Paint stains from a long time ago. ALSO, they cleaned our kitchen/dining room grout and tile (which is 13 years old). His crew was here for 2 full days with razors cleaning old residue and old sealant off each individual tile. Then they sealed the entire floor and it looks BRAND new again! Their attention-to-detail and pricing cannot be beat, we shopped around! Furthermore, Mike personally came back when the project was complete to check the work and fill in a couple holes in our tile. Great service and company here! I will use Mike and his crew again for my primary home and rentals! I just can't say enough, we are raving fans!
