Our family(with 2 special needs boys) moved here in 2020 ..As with a new home we have been in Lowes many times!! Your staff has been very helpful especially a lady named Michelle! She is always smiling and my autistic boy adores her and is a always looking for her...When asked any questions she either helps us herself or sends someone over and like I said we go in alot!! She is very knowledgeable and always gives us great advise to our questions you are very lucky to have such an outstanding person like her working for your store,she seems to be a great employee..I know our boys and us would greatly miss her if we didn't see her and a few others we have grown to go to for help when shopping there.Thanks more making life just a little bit easier! Ive had to use this store for the last 15 years and the customer service is pretty lame but my last visit there was absolutely ridiculous. I can't even go over all the stuff that happened in that one visit. I best one was the employee in the paint section staring at me from down the isle as I looked at my phone and back at the paint trying to figure stuf. I was there for like 5 minutes and when I started to walk towards the employee he turns and goes the other way. Absolute joke of a store.

We purchased a refrigerator here at Lowes San Clemente, in less than a month it started making loud grinding noise and eventually broke down. Called Lowes San Clemente and spoke to this lady named CAMILLA PIHO, she was nothing but RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! After explaining to her our issue she asked for our phone number which we provided and for some reason she could not find our purchase online, so we asked her if she can look it up through the order number - and she simply refused to do, we told her "do you mind helping us out look it up thru the order number?" She then told us " YOU NEED TO BE NICE TO ME, IF YOU WANT ME TO HELP YOU, OK, BYE!" and hang up on us just like that!

Spoke in a rude tone, dismissed my questions, refused to assist and simply hang up on us like us not having a working fridge for almost a week was nothing for her, she obviously DID NOT CARE! As a customer, I expect to be treated with BASIC RESPECT and professionalism, and this interaction fell well short of that standard.
But I would like to express my appreciation to GARY (manager) and JAIME DEDMON (specialist) for the kindness and professionalism they showed me. GARY went above and beyond in assisting me resolve the issue. And JAIME was nothing but friendly, very patient and professional in answering all the questions we had, and she made the whole process smooth and stress free for me.
