I did the 4 month upfront lease.After it was up they increased the rent 20%. Remember you will need to let them know in advance about 2 weeks before moving out.
All belongings stored that i cleaned were covered in dirt and dust, they need better seals on the doors also there are no lights inside the after dark you will need a flashlight. Management was helpful only reason for any stars
