  SMUD is so awesome!! There was a utility pole in an alley blocking my newly built garage. We had Comcast, AT&T, and SMUD attached to the pole. After over a full year of trying to get something done, Comcast was going to have a team do it for almost $13,000. I reached out to SMUD and they sent a team, removed the pole completely (the other team was just going to try to make it easier to pull a car in), and they did it at no charge to me......❤️❤️❤️SMUD❤️❤️❤️

  No waiting on hold like with my previous utility company. I spoke with Alex and he answered all my questions, set me up quickly, and sounded happy to be doing his job. What a breath of fresh air when dealing with people over the phone.

  Worst customer service experience in my life. My fridge shuts off for hours my outlet goes out my dryer my stove I had to throw out food. I call them several times. They wouldn't come out. One time they told me my mngr has to call them She did and they told her I had to call them. That happens times. They finally sent out a mean technician. He gave me attitude I told him to get lost . I have no choice to give my hard earned money to this company for nothing. I can't eat food sometimes. Allni want is someone to get nice and come look at the problem. If its not their fault find. But just come out and earn my money.
