  We walked in at the end of the day on a weekday & was greeted by the owner's daughter Karen. Going in we were concerned that there would be pressure to buy, but we had a budget & a specific kind of mattress we were interested in, so we weren't looking to buy immediately. Though it was at the end of her work day, Karen took a very chill, laid back approach & though she admitted right away that she didn't have what we wanted, she gave us space to investigate what she did have & answered all our questions (knowing we would not be guying from her) !. We learned alot about mattresses & it gave us a good deal to think about. We were so impressed with Karen's attitude, the products & policies, that we wished we could buy a mattress here. She even suggested another mattress place that we might want to check out (as they dealt specifically with the kind of mattress we were interested in.) Who does that !? If ever we are looking for, or know anyone who is looking for a mattress of the kind that they carry, we would 100% recommend Mattress Factory. I can't remember the last time I was in the "market" for an expensive item & actually enjoyed being with a salesperson! Thank you Karen for not trying to convince us, push us, or pressure us in anyway to make a purchase !

  Strongly recommend. Excellent customer service. Excellent cost effective pricing. Professional and timely transportation. Excellent workmanship - they know what they are doing. They repaired my king size mattress and made it better than when I first purchased it :)

  What a great place to get your mattresses. The staff and especially Karen were attentive and kind. She was so helpful to getting me the right mattress and even got my bed the delivered on the same day. The delivery guys were quick and efficient. Would recommend (:

  We ordered some mattresses for our truck camping configuration 13 years ago and they were wonderful and that same top-notch service was offered today when we came in to order new mattresses for a new truck camping configuration. Ken is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. 😃
