  They're smaller and they work hard to please. Great value as well as craftsmanship. Great place to go if you need custom fabrication as well as competitively priced production stuff. I'm very pleased to do business with them.

  I got exactly what I paid for -- A good night's sleep. Karen the Bed Lady was very helpful. She understood my need for the firmest mattress possible and introduced me to their custom mattress they call "The Rock." Aptly named, "The Rock" has no give whatsoever. It's as solid as concrete. And my back couldn't be happier. I get a better night's sleep with less time in bed and more energy at work. Thank you, Mattress Factory!

  We walked in at the end of the day on a weekday & was greeted by the owner's daughter Karen. Going in we were concerned that there would be pressure to buy, but we had a budget & a specific kind of mattress we were interested in, so we weren't looking to buy immediately. Though it was at the end of her work day, Karen took a very chill, laid back approach & though she admitted right away that she didn't have what we wanted, she gave us space to investigate what she did have & answered all our questions (knowing we would not be guying from her) !. We learned alot about mattresses & it gave us a good deal to think about. We were so impressed with Karen's attitude, the products & policies, that we wished we could buy a mattress here. She even suggested another mattress place that we might want to check out (as they dealt specifically with the kind of mattress we were interested in.) Who does that !? If ever we are looking for, or know anyone who is looking for a mattress of the kind that they carry, we would 100% recommend Mattress Factory. I can't remember the last time I was in the "market" for an expensive item & actually enjoyed being with a salesperson! Thank you Karen for not trying to convince us, push us, or pressure us in anyway to make a purchase !

  Strongly recommend. Excellent customer service. Excellent cost effective pricing. Professional and timely transportation. Excellent workmanship - they know what they are doing. They repaired my king size mattress and made it better than when I first purchased it :)

  Great deal on a a full set queen. Excellent customer service. Moses is an amazing worker and we really appreciated the services. Best we've seen in Awhile
