  Our sales person Kevin was very efficient and friendly and knowledgeable about the nuances of the recliners and helped make quick work of our process. He reached out also about an added sale if we could come in on Saturday to commit. Which was very helpful.

  Our sales person was Vanessa. We have bought from her before, and we very much like her. The entire process is very simple. Picking the piece of furniture and color, a little more difficult. We are very pleased how it all went.

  Maurice Miller helped us to decide on one rocker recliner and one standard recliner. The micro fiber fabric matches our current color scheme perfectly. It took us a while but Maurice was very patient and pleasant. It was a very nice experience.

  We have been going to La-Z-Boy furniture when they were on El Camino. We have always found their staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. We have had only the best service from their designers to their delivery people. When shopping, being on the shorter side, we need chairs, sofas, and loveseats we can easily and comfortably fit into. La-Z-Boy has never disappointed with the selection they have. We have recommended them to famIly and friends in the past and will continue to do so.

  We had a great experience! Vanessa was extremely helpful. She’ll let us through the whole process very easily, especially getting financing. She was very qualified, very professional and helped us out a great deal! We so appreciated her knowledge and her ability to interact with clients! I would highly recommend her to other people. We were very happy to get our lift chair today.
