- KKKateJun 29, 20261.0Purchased 4th of July yard decor. Had it out for a week and it completely faded and all of the blue was stripped away. Management refused any kind of return and was hostile from the beginning. Stating it had been used and it's normal for colors to completely fade in the sun in a single day. If I had known it was defective, I wouldn't have wasted my money on it. Don't buy the yard decor or try to return defective items.

Prices are fair and most jewelry making items were %s off. Only thing I was bummed about was there don't seem to much call for ceramic artwork or the ceramic molds for painting. Guess it went out of style. Too bad. I looked and asked but nothing much but for kids. Oh well, I found lots of great things for my jewelry making!

However this manager walked away and decided not to help. The employees are suppose to give managers info. If you cant hire friendly , professional people then rethink your training ,customer service and hiring process. People spend to much money to be treated like crap. DO BETTER!

My only criticism is the checkout because there was only two people at the register and a huge line with waiting around 15-20 minutes there were security and employees around the store but they were far between and there was a hard time locating someone to open the locked glass for stuff should be more employees at the register and more employees around the store to help shoppers
