  I have always had pleasant experiences at every Green Acres location I’ve visited, but this one takes the cake. HUGE thank you to Danny - I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasant experience due to an employee; he was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. I visited with my mom to find plants for the backyard. She had gotten her blood drawn earlier in the day so while we were walking around outside, she began to feel very dizzy and sick. I went back inside to see if there was any beverage I could buy that might have electrolytes or something that could help. I asked up front and Danny told me that unfortunately they didn’t, but he offered a hand and helped me get her a bottle of water. He was incredibly thoughtful and very quick to act, I’m grateful that he was there. I might be misremembering her name, but I also want to shout out Louisa!! She was SO helpful in helping us find good plants for what we wanted. She showed us different options, explained how they grew and how to take care of them - overall she was wonderful :)! We ended up purchasing one of the plants she recommended and it already looks beautiful out back. The entire experience has made me want to keep coming back and I can’t recommend this location enough. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful - everything you could ask for and more!!

  This is a terrible Nursery! More than half the plants I’ve bought from them have died because they don’t take care of them while they’re at the nursery and they don’t inspect them when they buy them! Plants were either root bound or infested with insects! Also, the customer service is terrible! Their employees are egomaniacs with an attitude, they talk back to you!

  This place is literally magic. They have every plant imaginable, endless pots and planters, cute stuff, all the supplies, and knowledge staff. They helped me find what I was specifically looking for quickly, and gave great ideas for what plants would fit my complicated gardening situation. I had fun and I'm really happy with what I got. Not my first time there and definitely won't be my last. Fair warning, on a hot day it's even hotter than you'd think!

  We had an amazing experience on Memorial weekend, bought some new flowers for our home, and had no issues. All the staff were incredibly nice. But sadly, one of the plants seemed to die or was dying, and I was informed I could bring it back to the store for an exchange. I thought that since it was so soon after, it would be good to come and bring it in, as that's what I was told to do. I fully dug out our plant and brought it over and was met with such disrespect by the manager on duty. She was so passive-aggressive and belittling. She was blaming our planting for the plant beginning to wilt and die off and was aggressive about not wanting to give us an exchange. She was implying we were just trying to get two new plants when that was never the case. We brought the one plant that was showing it was not healthy and never indicated we wanted more. We just wanted to get one to replace it. Never once did we show disrespect back or speak ill to her or the cashier, yet she came over unapproachable, rude, and hostile right off the bat. Anyway, she was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and seemed to have a prejudice against us. Im really upset with this experience.
