Reina assisted me in opening my account there. I'm a senior, retired and been around for a bit. If I may be so bold as to say, you can sometimes just tell when someone is just a nice person in general, which nowadays, is a rarity. Add in her professionalism (I started my application on my phone and she found my un-finished application on her computer and finished it for me), Extra Space should be so lucky as to hire someone like her in this day and age.... just my 2 cents

I had a great experience renting a storage unit thanks to Reyna. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a storage company.
My storage unit at Extra Space Storage was broken into and I lost thousands of dollars in professional tools and equipment that I use every day for my business. This wasn’t just a few personal items — these were tools I depend on to make a living.
The most frustrating part is finding out how this happened. I was told the person responsible was able to access the facility multiple times over a couple of days by simply following other customers’ vehicles through the gate. Multiple entries happened, and somehow nobody noticed, nobody stopped it, and nothing was done until after the damage was already done.
I trusted this facility because I believed they had proper security, cameras, and systems in place to protect customers’ belongings. After what happened, I honestly question how secure this place really is if someone can enter repeatedly and break into units without being stopped.
After the theft, the support I received was extremely disappointing. I felt like I was left alone dealing with the loss, police reports, and everything that came after. There was no real solution, no accountability, and no help that matched the seriousness of losing thousands of dollars of equipment.
As a small business owner, this was devastating. These weren’t replaceable “extra items” sitting around — this was my livelihood.
I would never store valuable belongings, business equipment, or tools here again. If you’re considering this location, I strongly recommend thinking twice and asking yourself if your belongings are truly protected.
Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from a company like Extra Space Storage.
