I just had to leave a review for the site manager at this location I overheard a customer screaming and yelling racist comments to her on property today and now I see its the lady who reviewed under me she should be ashamed of herself for speaking to someone in that manner. She is absolutely leaving things out in her review. I cant say what started it but no one deserves to be spoken to in that manner

The facility is very clean and nice but the employee that lives there and works there treated me like crap today and I’ve been there for over six months. They get you into their facility at one price and then after three months they changed your price without notice. The staff member today antagonize me and started a bunch of drama. My mom passed last night and I clearly was not in the mood for her shenanigans and she should’ve just left me alone instead she antagonize the situation and then called the police and let the police know that I put my hands on her which wasn’t true. Now, if she’s gonna do that to people, I wouldn’t rent from them. I’ve rented from ExtraSpace storage before and I’ve never had no issues with them so it’s this Lady particularly not extra space storage. Now I’m moving out and They won’t be getting $209 a month instead of $109 I was supposed to be paying ,anymore
