  1 Star ⭐️ I rented a unit here because of the large “First Month Free” sign displayed outside the facility. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I work during the same hours the office is open, so stopping by in person was not practical. Like many people today, I used the online rental process because it’s convenient and allows for a contactless transaction. If a business offers online rentals, customers should be able to receive the same advertised promotions without having to come into the office. During the online signup process, I never saw any option or button to claim a “First Month Free” promotion. I completed the rental believing the advertised offer would apply. Later, autopay charged me for the month. When I called to ask about it, I was first told I needed to click a button for the promotion. After explaining that no such option appeared during my rental process, I was then told the online rental system is handled separately and there was nothing they could do. That explanation made little sense to me since the unit I rented is still at their facility. I asked if they could honor the promotion or offer any kind of adjustment, but I was told there was nothing they could do. Advertising “First Month Free” on a large sign while customers who rent online may not receive the promotion is, at best, confusing and, in my opinion, misleading. If there are special requirements or exclusions, they should be clearly disclosed. Businesses should stand behind the promotions they advertise and make them accessible to customers who use online services. I expected better customer service and a willingness to make things right. Instead, I was left feeling like the advertised offer did not match the actual customer experience.

  I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! The price was excellent, the facility was clean and easy to access, and the service was incredible. Andre was amazing — friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!

  My experience here was excellent from the very beginning. As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Since this was our first time renting a storage unit, we weren't entirely sure how the process worked or what size unit would best fit our needs. Thankfully, the team was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk us through everything step by step. What stood out most was their patience and willingness to answer all of our questions. Rather than rushing us through the process, they carefully explained the available options, showed us different unit choices, and helped us determine which one would work best for our situation. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made what could have been a confusing experience feel simple and stress-free. The entire rental process was smooth, organized, and easy to understand thanks to their guidance. It's clear that customer service is a priority here, and that level of care made a lasting impression. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage, especially first-time renters who appreciate knowledgeable and supportive staff.
