- AMAlyssa Millen2 days ago1.0Doubled my rate without any notice. I knew their system so I was watching for a notice but I never received it. When I realized they had charged me double, I contacted them and they claimed they mailed the notice last month and there was nothing they could do. They claim the price is adjusted for the "going rate" of other units but if you transfer to another unit you can get a lower rate again which doesn't make sense. This is a scam. And when you think you can play their game, they just cheat. If you have other options, take them. UPDATE: Don't believe their reply. If they were sincere they could have refunded me and delayed the rate increase by 1 month now that I have notice. But they won't. Because this is not a flaw in their system. This is it's function.
