Would advise against any long term storage at this facility. Stored 2 vehicles during a military deployment. Nothing else in the unit and the vehicles were completely empty. A rodent somehow still got in to the unit and made my Jeep his snack. As expected, Extra Space Storage will not help cover any damages.

I arrived at this location with a storage unit already paid for and reserved. Unfortunately, the access code I was provided did not work at the gate, leaving me stranded outside for an extended period. After someone finally let me in, I reached the building entrance only to find that the second access code also did not work.
I contacted customer support and, instead of providing a solution, I was told to wait 20–30 minutes and try again. After spending nearly two hours on the phone without anyone being able to grant me access to the unit I had already paid for, I requested that the rental be canceled and that my money be refunded.
To this day, I have not received a refund, nor has anyone from management contacted me despite multiple promises. My time is valuable, and I should not have to spend hours chasing a company just to access a service I’ve already paid for.
This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I am still waiting for a manager to contact me regarding this matter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Nick is absolutely great ! He was personable . All around amazing guy. So thankful for him and all of his help. The storage facility is very secure he is on top of everything really awesome place to store your property.
