The biggest mistake in my life is hiring this company to do our pool. Everything was a disaster. They damaged our driveway when they did our pool. The pool deck looks faded and has a lot of cracks. The plaster was so rough that my daughter had cuts whenever she swims. The system doesn’t work most of the time. The spa and pool doesn’t heat up. And now after few years, everything don’t work anymore, the spa, pool, heater, the robot, the app. We regret having this pool. We can’t even get a good warranty call from them. The response is very slow. So, if you are looking for a pool contractor, be careful with this one.
