  I had a seasonal contract with Clark’s Pest Control for summer mosquito service that officially expired in September 2025. Despite the contract ending, they sent a tech to my property unannounced and billed me for the unrequested visit. When I called customer service to clarify, I was told it was my responsibility to call and remind them that our contract had expired. Seriously? On top of managing my own work and family schedule, I’m expected to act as Clark’s administrative assistant and manage their account records for them? The representative I spoke with admitted it made no sense and promised to check with management to get the charge cleared. Instead of resolving their own mistake, this backwards company sent the bill straight to collections. Clark’s preferred to burn a bridge for a quick $100 rather than keep a returning customer. Absolute joke of a operational model. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually tracks their own contracts.
