  Lovely evening!! To whom this may concern, I wanted to take a moment to thank Mr.Keanu for his professionalism, extreme expertise and for being a hekka amazing hard working individual!! This man answered my questions without having me feel I should just know, or annoyed! He took the time to explain WHY and the process of the service he would be providing…that I will have to have finished another day. But Mr.Keanu went above and beyond & even made sure he had his shoe covers on before he entered our home!! Clark Pest Control did us all a huge favor hiring Mr.Keanu because he most definitely the best Service Tech for the job!! You all will be thankful you hired them and you will sleep better at night with one less to-do job checked off your list!! Thank you thank you thank you Mr.Keanu! He deserves a promotion + a lovely bonus & raise!!!

  we had our 1st visit with one of their technicians today , Todd was his name , he also serviced my family’s house a few days pryor , who called to let me know how throughal Todd was . very impressed with this company , and as an licensed electrical service provider myself , it was great having a company at my home who believes also that quality matters , highly recommend.. Thanx so much for coming out Todd and taking care of my family’s house as well as my own sir look forward to the next time .. Tom Whittaker.

  I’m embarrassed to admit it, but my garage was so yucky with spiderwebs and cobwebs I didn’t like spending time out there. Around my house was the same thing under the eaves. I had wasps nests, old ones, live ones. I felt like bugs were taking over. A young man came by and signed me up, and I don’t think it was even an hour later a guy was there to to do the deed! This guy came in and now my garage is a place I can spend time in. I’m inspired to clean it up as it was messy and I was told that he would work around the mess and when he got here he did! Now I can go out there and clean it up and not worry. The wasps nests up in the eaves in front of my garage and on the side of my house, really high up are gone, along with the wasps! I can walk around my house now and look up in the eaves and they’re clean!!! I’m looking forward to the bimonthly service! It’s gonna be nice to have somebody to come in and do that! I was spraying myself along the perimeter of the house. I couldn’t do under the eaves, cause it would come down in my face. I’m a 69-year-old woman. Lol. Highly recommend Clark! I was impressed that the price hadn’t changed from what I paid years ago with another company. Just $50 a month and bi-monthly service. I am so happy! I can call if I see any issues that I want taken care of. I highly recommend Clark! We need them! Lol

  The door-to-door salesperson makes everything sound good and perfect He said it only takes 20 minutes for the product to dry and we didn't have to leave our house we just had to be inside when they spray outside and then go outside when they sprayed inside and that is not at all how it happens after I spent 2 days preparing for my inside spray I found out that me my family and my dogs have to be gone for 2 hours after they spray the inside of the house so I'm very upset and frustrated because after doing all that work and packing everything up and emptying out my cabinets and drawers I didn't get to get my house sprayed so I have to unpack everything reschedule and pack everything back up again and wait for them to come back out I'm so frustrated and pissed off the salesperson obviously doesn't know how the bug treatment works so he should not have told me one thing and then a whole different thing happened today I can't remember the gentleman's name that sprayed the outside of our house but it's raining so I'm sure it's not going to work as the rain is washing all the spray away also since he couldn't spray the inside due to the miscommunication he told me he was going to leave me some sticky traps and left without leaving them I just read the reviews on this company and they are horrible there is a couple of good reviews but the majority of them are horrible I'm going to have to call and see if I can get a refund and cancel these services The reviews say it's hard to get a refund or even get a hold of anyone in customer service so we'll see what happens I hope and pray they make this all right because as of right now it's all wrong and bad

  Daniel was friendly, professional, and understood the assignment… We have roaches in our yard, so we meant business 😅 He tackled the cobwebs on our very tall house like a pro. First spray is officially done, and I am eagerly anticipating the roach downfall. Daniel chose violence (in the best way). 10/10—highly recommend if you’re ready to send your roaches on a permanent roachtrip☠️!
