  Aptiv is a non-local, non,-caring corporation. Since we have signed up for this service, the most unintelligent technicians have come to our home. They don't spray where we ask, they keep putting gradually where we ask them not to. This month, Aptiv broke my sprinkler and hose line in the front yard. Water was spraying all over and they made me pay for the broken property. Then they said they would reimburse me in 10 days, 18 days later, they no longer answer the phone. Michael, the area manager for north Sacramento, conveys a pleasant personality, amd says he will be there for the customer, but doesnt convey the professional practice his demeanor is selling. I strongly recommend against Aptiv. I recommend going with a local company, rooted in our area, and in humanity. Addendum: Thank you for your response, but it just shows another layer of bureaucracy that does not speed up the process of fixing anything. The problem still exists. The repair was substandard and looks like it is about to fall apart, and Aptiv still hasn't paid for the broken property. If there were a problem with payment from my end, service would be suspended. Its a double standard not to take care of the customer when you break their property, and then just stop responding. Whatever the social media rep may say about striving for a higher standard, the reality is that its a corporation from another state that does not really care about their customers when they break property.

  Would not recommend this company. I paid 85 dollars a month for them to come out once a month that's what the sales guy says but the contract says something different. But he assured me they come out more often then what it says that was my first mistake taking a sales guy word. The contract says in the winter they will be out every 50 to 80 days for service it's been almost 100 days since I seen anyone come to my house. I called and they said they had a problem with there scheduling and we're working on it. So I told them I wasn't satisfied that I couldn't trust them to show up on time and wanted to cancel service. They told me I would be breaking my contract and would have to pay the 199 but I told him they broke the contract first by not providing me the service I pay for on the contract and then he got rude and would talk over me when I would try to say something. Finally he said fine it's canceled on his end and we hung up. I looked at my account and they charged me the 199. Very shady business tactics you pay for a service that you never receive and they make you feel like your in the wrong for spending your money with someone else that will actually show up and do the service.

  Active truly is a Five Star Service company. I cannot say enough about their operations and staff.i have found all service techs trained both technically and professionally. Genuinely caring about doing their best and desiring to meet your specific needs. Spraying is done from a back pack so need for toxic hoses dragged around. They are full service offering professional rat, mosquito and spider abatement as well.

  Aptive pest control has been a pleasure to work with. I definitely feel like I get my moneys worth. The gentleman that come out and service my house are consistently thorough, professional and incredibly kind. They’re always willing to answer questions and help with what they can every single time they come to my house. They send photos, they ask if there’s any problem areas or pests we are seeing that they need to spray or treat for every time. I can honestly say I get the same 5 star quality service every single time they come out to my house. I have never had a rude or unprofessional experience with anyone and they all have respected any requests I’ve had, for instance my daughter is one and this whole year I have requested that they service the house without knocking because it’s usually my daughters nap time when they arrive and they’ve all handled it with kindness and consideration. They will handle the whole service through text messaging which has been so helpful for me. They always text me when they’re 30 mins out from my home and that’s when I am able to request that they don’t knock or ring the doorbell if my daughter is napping and they have no problem with my request and ask all their usual questions through text. I highly suggest anybody needing pest control give them a try.

  DO NOT USE!!!!! These guys are horrible. There services were ok I supposed. The issue is: I was supposed to be done when our stupid contract was up, I was told they will not auto renew. On our ending date they charged me an extra $99 and $98. It is impossible to get through to a representative who can help. They claim to not even see one of the charges and are trying to make excuses why I should be charged the $99. I will probably eat the charges. Worst customer services I have ever experienced.
