  The best American company they treat you like you matter they are here to help not make you sign up for years of service that you can't get out of i really recommend aptive they killed all the spiders but most of all I just like how the team treats there customers .

  Aptive Pest Control just shows up and spray the outside of my house without providing any notification ahead of time and next day deducted money from my account. I was furious and immediately called their customer service line to demand full refund. The customer representative told me he will credit my account and provide a one time free service. I said I want to cancel my account 10 times and demanded for full refund. They reluctantly closed my account. This is an outrageous company and poor customer service!

  Can’t wait to cancel my services. I pay extra a month for wasps and flies and every. Single. Month. Since that upgrade when my technician comes out they “ran out” of wasp traps. Worst customer service with their call center as well. Their auto pay doesn’t work, they never said anything to me then tried to send me to collections. Will go back to Clarke!

  Guy rolled up on a hover board while I was working. I asked for a card and he said he didnt have one. Was just in town for the day. continued his sales pitch while I was working. Read from the tablet because it was "too bright" for me to see. Flipped it over and pointed to an $80 cancelation fee. He said it would get rid of the fleas, black widows...all the bad bugs. After the first spray, I reached out and said I was finding dead praying mantis and butterflies. I said I didn't want the service if it was going to kill the good bugs. No response. Then I was charged for a second month. I called and said I already shared I didnt want to continue. It was ignored. Now Im charged again. Please reverse that charge and cancel. They said another $200 to cancel. I said I was told $80. They said I should've read the contract. I said I wasnt given the opportunity. He was reading it for me because we were outside. He said why would you trust that? Told me I wasnt going to get the upper hand here and I should've read the contract that was emailed to me....it was only just now a month later after my first phone call emailed to me.

  I moved from my location to a new one on the 4th of July and I called and cancelled my account through aptive and they keep charging me I called them this morning and cancelled for the last time and they wanted to charge me a 200 dollar fee and now put severe financial strain on my bank account forcing me to change my bank account number and I receive SSI benefits so I'm very unhappy with the service I got from aptive if I could rate with zero stars I would
