Nathaniel was very professional and did a good job in July. I have only used Aptive for the outside of my house. I think Nathaniel has been here before. The problem with Aptve is I have had many different technicians, so no continuity. Some have been great, others not so much. Also, I wish Aptive would give me either an am or pm time frame with the date. I always have to call to get the time frame, or it is the whole day. I am also wondering if I have been overpaying (originally 150, now 120), or other reviewers neglected to check the price box and it defaulted to the lowest range.

I agreed to let Aptive take over for Zap since Aptive can treat for my Mole and Gopher problem. Aptive showed up on the first scheduled visit without any mole treatment product. I said come back when you have more product. They came back and still didn't treat for moles or gophers. When I asked if these were treated for in a text the tech. did not respond. I feel I'm not getting my moneys worth

The tech was unaware of the shop. He also did not spray around the two storages out back. There is only one mouse bait out back. I originally had two with my other company. There are more and more spider webs each day. I will need a respray. I’m not sure what was supposed to be included with the initial visit but both visits seemed the same to me

Normally, my pest control technician knocks, introduces himself, and lets me know he’s there. At that point, I always make it clear that I do not want anyone entering my garden or spraying anywhere near it.
Unfortunately, that didn’t happen this time. I only realized someone had been at my house when I noticed a vehicle out front driving away. I immediately went around to the side of the house and found my garden gate open.
What concerns me most is that the chemicals they use are not something I want anywhere near the food I’m growing, and now I have no idea whether anything was sprayed in or around my garden, or where it may have been applied.
There was zero communication before or during the service. The only communication I received was an email afterward asking me to rate my experience.
Very disappointing, especially since a simple knock on the door could have prevented the entire situation.

Terrible service. The salesman promised a bunch of stuff and when the pest team showed up they had no clue what they had to do and did the bare minimum. I informed them that they didn’t do everything that was required and they said they would need to come back. No one did. No one called or did anything to remedy it. Then I find out it’s not a monthly service like the salesman said but bi monthly. They were in breach of contract and still charged me for breaking contract cause I refuse to give business to companies that don’t back up their services and allow their sales men to lie and mislead customers.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
