- MRMr. ReviewerMay 12, 20261.0I went in for order pickup and was waiting by the sign and the young curly haired employee just ignored me and walked past me multiple times. She physically ran into me and said excuse me so rudely as if I was in the way. I was just trying to pick up a present I ordered for Mother’s Day. I was standing directly next to the online order pickup sign. Very disappointing experience. Luckily a cashier finally came over and decided to actually help me rather than walk past me giving me dirty looks.

My daughter wanted the white dress with sea print and when we were at the cashiers she saw a dirt spot on the left hind shoulder. I asked for a bit of a discount and the manager said no discount. Well horrible customer experience for longtime loyal German customers. Very upset
