  Before anything else, I'd like to mention that the staff there is great. They were helpful in every way and got me out of a bind when I couldn't find my lock keys. The low stars are a facility complaint. I came to this storage with the mindset that it was a secure location for my belongings while I looked for a new place to live. A year later, when it came time for me to move out, I found that rats had infested my storage and destroyed my mattresses and other items (rat feces and urine, mattress packaging ripped apart, etc). It seems every unit has a giant gap at the ceiling that lets rats freely travel between units and wreak havoc on the contents. All in all, I lost about $600 of my property there and I had to spend a large amount of time disinfecting my things before moving it into my new place. On top of that, the rental agreement that you sign to begin storing things there has a clause that removes all responsibility of damage from the facility. I emailed about the damages to my property and I was reminded of that clause in a reply email. If you're going to store here, be aware that you must secure your belongings against pests.

  Sean is very accommodating with the storage lockers I have needed. Giving me discounts is an incentive to store my household items and furniture here
