Customer service is none existence. Waited for someone to help me with the doorlocks which are locked. Cashier said they've called someone. Asked multiple times to someone help me. 30min went still no help. Went to Home Depot instead. Got someone to help me right away at HomeDepot.

Beware, car salesman tactics!
I have not been to a Lowes in a while, but there's one near me now that I have been to twice.
Both visits, while browsing for the things I needed, individuals dressed as Lowes employees came up to me, exchanged pleasantries and then proceeded to try and sell me services.
This is not why I go to a hardware store, and at least ag HD they are at the front and can be approached if interested. Customers do not need to be approached around the store.
Disgusting. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.

Generally I prefer going to Lowes versus the crowded mess that is Home Depot but that has changed recently. Now when I walk through Lowes I get solicited for home improvement projects as I walk the aisles. It happened 3 times in 1 visit yesterday! It starts as a friendly 'hello, can I help you find something' and then quickly it turns into a sales pitch for outside contract work. Enough with the solictors already!

My visit to Lowe’s today is the exact reason why I shop at Home Depot. I went up to the counter to see if they would price match something that clearly shows available to pick up today at Walmart and they told me as long as I can go in and buy it today they will Price match it and they told me to go find the item that I want to get Price matched. They then have me walk through the store and go find the item that I want to get Price matched only to then find every single way to not Price match the item for me even though I can go into Walmart and buy it today. All over a $10 difference. Dont waste your time here go to Home Depot.
