- RVRicky VillarrealJul 18, 20261.0Purchased a premium couch just a few months ago and it was already returned under warranty for multiple issues (completly broken frame, padding issues, and uneven leather wear). Technician recommended a complete replacement due to a broken frame and possible coverup from the factory, but instead we got a smelly loaner couch and a poor patch job on the frame. Company has no quality control and the quality is very low for the price. I will never consider layzboy furniture again. Please trust the low reviews on here and look elsewhere. Honestly, I'd rather have Ikea.

Gotten the run around and finally told that the part of our couch that broke is no longer available and the part is no longer available. So now they are giving us the run around again and unwilling to help in anyway. Our next call is the corporate office and the BBB.

Also very knowledgeable about their product. I never felt pressured to purchase any particular item. When ringing up the sale the person doing that was pleasant and explained the process. I will definitely return to that store for future purchases.
