Gotten the run around and finally told that the part of our couch that broke is no longer available and the part is no longer available. So now they are giving us the run around again and unwilling to help in anyway. Our next call is the corporate office and the BBB.

I will update this review as the matter unfolds. At present, I'm deeply disappointed in the policies related to ensuring the customer receives the quality product they bought, or thought they were buying. At this time, I cannot in good conscience recommend LazyBoy furniture; I would not buy again. UPDATE: Reply to unnamed company rep asking for sale order number, a manager at the local showroom has that info. I won't post it publicly here and no other means to send the info was provided. Awaiting 3rd party inspector to visit my home (as yet, no date) because said manager states photos can be "misleading."

Also very knowledgeable about their product. I never felt pressured to purchase any particular item. When ringing up the sale the person doing that was pleasant and explained the process. I will definitely return to that store for future purchases.
