I have to say the this particular location exceeded my expectations. From the moment I moved in until I moved out (over a year in storage) everything went smoothly. During my move out Josh was extremely helpful, courteous and just an overall good human being. I hadn’t touched or seen my items in literally over a year and I’m happy to report that there wasn’t a critter, spider, or bug present or any other damage. Josh made the move out extremely easy even going as far as linking my new storage account in Texas to my then existing one in California allowing it to show up on the mobile app. Not to mention that he remembered who I was a week later when I showed up to officially move out. This is customer service at its finest. Thank you Josh for all that you did, my Safe Space Storage in Texas has some really big shoes to fill!!
