Great space, accurate sizing, and excellent on-site customer service, I have little issues with the small day to day interactions.
That being said they have extremely predatory billing practices. They will not prorate under any circumstances. If you want to change your billing date to make it more convenient, they will force you to pay for a whole extra month just to do it. They are also fully willing to change your bill at a whim under the guise of supply and demand. It's a shame that a facility with such good local staff is ruined by greedy corporate policies that punish the consumer. Proceed with caution.

Needed a storage unit for a month to do a deep clean of my house and wanted somewhere safe and secure for my items. Zack the site manager was so very helpful and made sure I get set up with the correct unit. Explained everything to me and was very transparent with me about everything. He is so very sweet and makes sure you feel all of your concerns are heard. If you need any help finding a storage unit you should ask for Zack!
