  They have increase the rent in our unit by almost 44%, their reason … cause prices have gone up!! But 44% is such an unreasonable amount

  I cannot say enough good things about BuxBear Storage, especially Cyntia in the office! Moving is already stressful, but doing it in 105-degree heat is brutal. I had hit over 20,000 steps and was starting to feel really unwell and completely overheated at my unit. Cyntia noticed, stepped right in, and took amazing care of me when I desperately needed a break. This facility gets a well-deserved 5 stars not just for the space, but for having the management staff that genuinely cares about the well-being of their customers. Thank you, Cyntia!

  Cynthia is the best even though I didn’t have the best experience with this place. Cynthia always had a good attitude, never took my frustrations personal and even offered me a bottle of water when she could see I was upset by the break-in.

  2nd time renting a Uhaul here and absolutely wonderful staff and service. Super easy to rent and return on the app and messaging ability. Cintia is super cheerful and takes pride in her work!!

  Been renting here awhile now and they just sent me an email stating that due to rising cost of living they are now DOUBLING the cost of rent here. Not just a 10,20 or even 30 dollar rent increase but literally doubling it. Yeah no thanks. I will be moving out of here and going to a different storage facility with actual competitive pricing.
