My experience with staff was very kind!! Despite getting a major rate increase, I was offered a promotional rate due to an administrative glitch that prevented an original flash sale from being applied to my unit. Becky worked very diligently to make this happen and provided me with advice to help me with future rate increases. I am grateful and would recommend for future clients!! Units are clean and site is safe and easily accessible. Thank you! 🙏🏼
