Susan is, hands down, my favorite person! I absolutely love her energy. She is always smiling, laughing, and has a way of making you feel like family. When we were new to the area and starting our church, we needed a storage unit. The first time I spoke with Susan on the phone, she was so kind and welcoming. She didn’t just help us find storage—she also took the time to tell us about the Chamber of Commerce and other local resources that could help our church get established and grow. That meant so much to us. When we finally met in person, it was funny because I knew exactly who she was before she even introduced herself. She looked at me, smiled, and immediately greeted me by my name. It felt like we had known each other for years. Susan is one of the sweetest and most humble people I’ve ever met, and that’s something you don’t come across very often anymore. We’ve had our belongings at Stanford Ranch Self Storage for about a year, and our experience has been nothing but positive. Recently, we decided to sell some of our belongings, so we gave our 30-day notice. The staff was genuinely sad to see us leave, and instead of simply letting us go, they took the time to talk with us about other options. We realized we didn’t need as much space as we thought, so we downsized to a smaller unit. It actually worked out perfectly because it motivated us to go through everything we had stored, keep what mattered most, and save money at the same time with a great rate on the smaller unit. From beginning to end, our experience with Stanford Ranch Self Storage has been exceptional. If you’re looking for a clean, secure storage facility with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them. And if you have the chance to work with Susan, you’ll quickly understand why she’s my favorite.
