While the initial service center was a nightmare to deal with, the team here and my CPS Warranty Liaison were absolute heroes. The liaison took immediate action, was extremely communicative, and ensured my fridge was fixed (and even resolved a secondary lighting issue!). It’s rare to find customer service this dedicated. Special thanks to Tony for stepping in and the CPS team for their top-notch advocacy! Our experience with the warranty service has been extremely frustrating. A technician came out, did not fix the issue, did not explain anything, and tried to get me to sign before confirming the refrigerator was working.
