Terrible customer service here. I purchased a grill and for one, I did a whole lap around the store before I found someone to help me. The girl who was scanning went to find two men that were literally standing outside the store just chitchatting, to help me.
On top of that no one even bothered (mind you out of the 2 men that ended up grabbing the grill) to offer to bring the 5 burner grill to my car! Would rate a 0 if I could

This Lowes is "OK".. for in person shopping or curb side pick up. ABSOLUTELY horrible for delivery. I ordered 3 large heavy bags of soil to be delivered and the person STACKED them directly up against my front door. Essentially TRAPPING me inside. They also left the driveway gates completely open blocking pedestrians from access to the sidewalk. I have several elderly disabled neighbors and this was just a horrible delivery service. Tried calling the store and corporate and got hung up on and put on hold over 30 minutes.

Always coming to this nearby location and never had any issues. Staff is great and they try to help with any project I have. And really enjoy the Lowes app which is connected My Lowes Rewards for deals and Lowes Cash. I am a loyal customer and that is satisfied with their service.

Of the 5 employees I interacted with, 2 of them provided excellent customer service. I asked another staff member to direct me to an item, his reply was "I think it's in aisle 29" and walked away. At checkout, I was clearly struggling to scan some very large boxes, there were 2 employees at the self-checkout directly next to me, they were having a (not work related) conversation and looked over at me but did not offer assistance, I had to ask them to help me. This visit to the Riverside, CA on Magnolia Avenue location was not a pleasant one. I like Lowe's very much but poor customer service needs to be addressed
