- SSSurfCityBum5 days ago5.0I somehow deprogrammed my key fob so I called AAA. They sent Sam out from Don’s Lock & Key at 11:30PM on a Sunday night. I really expected someone to be grumpy having been called out so late but he showed up with a smile and a good sense of humor. He proceeded to program one of the fobs and I was able to get to work on Monday. To put it simply, he was AWESOME!

They went above and beyond and drove halfway across LA to get the key we needed. And beautiful thing is they didn’t update the charge and that is very rare and unique.
