I appreciated their professionalism, their transparent pricing, and their speedy response time. When the locksmith arrived (Sam), his communication was awesome and it was very evident he’s highly skilled. He was able to unlock my vehicle quickly and he stuck around to make sure the electrical system was working perfectly before he left. Whomever hired Sam deserves a bonus! You have absolutely earned my business!
- AEAdriana Elias3 days ago1.0Called AAA to request a locksmith. They told me that Don's lock and key picked up the service call. First estimate time was 10:50pm. Second eta, 11:16pm. It is now 12:15am AAA still hasn't been able to contact your driver that picked up the call. They called several times.Does this business work after hours? Who picked up the call? One star review on the fact that one of your drivers took it call and never completed it and left me stranded for hours.

I requested for their services through AAA, and Sam my locksmith created a key and a spare in case it ever happens again. He was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. It sucked that I had to miss work, but I needed the key remade. Otherwise, I would've been stranded out of town and wouldn't have got home. I recommend the service and the business!
