  Burketts is hands down the best pool company we could have ever asked for!! From beginning to end, our pool remodel has been a spectacular success. It’s been almost a year since the remodel and they are STILL available for any issues that have come up, and they are always quick to send someone to fix it. Over and beyond what we ever thought was possible. The customer service is amazing!

  Jason and his crew at Burkett's Pool Plastering did an amazing job on my pool. It is beautiful and now is a heated pool. I would definitely recommend them for your pool resurfacing.

  We are mid-install for a pool resurfacing and are really unhappy with the service. Poor communication between office, sales, workmen - and us. Not sure anyone talks to anyone, and no one at the office knows what is going on. We entered into contract on 5/8, they drained our pool and tore it up on 6/23, then proceeded to forget about us. Took them 2 weeks to even look at the work done and recommend additional repairs before permitting and resurfacing. Their delayed submission for city permit means we will not likely have a pool again until September. Meanwhile we are sitting here with a huge concrete hole in our backyard. They seem very interested in selling their services and equally uninterested in actually completing our project. If you use them (I don’t recommend) be sure to include start and finish dates in your contract. We are looking elsewhere to finish the job

  We replastered and retiled our pool this spring and couldn’t be happier with the process from start to finish. The price was very reasonable and the communication with Sue and Monica kept us well informed and on schedule. The crews were professional, personable, on time and cleaned up afterwards. Special thanks to their leaders Ricky, Juan, and Victor for all their hard work.

  Had a pretty good experience with Burketts. Love my new pool. There were 3 small “hiccups” we had. Mostly miscommunications I had 3 people assigned to my account sales Jesus office/scheduling Monica and project manager Ricky. Ricky was always easy to get ahold of for questions/ concerns. Monica had a vacation while my project was going on and made sure I had the right numbers to get ahold of someone in the office in her absence. I had a new pump, resurface, hand rail and light/lightswitch installed. One of the hiccups was communication on the lightswitch. I was originally quoted with intellibrite lightswitch which I was told only worked via wifi. I wanted something physical so had a regular on/off switch installed. I learned later during my equipment orientation that the intellibrite switch would have been able to be turned on/off physically as well as being able to control it from the phone. I was disappointed and reached out to see what it would cost to switch it and I was quoted $700+ which was disappointing seeing as I’ve already paid over $32k for the whole project. And the part itself is only around $300 Aside from that. The crews were always clean and polite as well as on time. The tile crew’s attention to detail was amazing and the pool looks perfect and we’re already enjoying it immensely.
