  My favorite storage and daytime workplace. I had two big storage, a 40 and a 20. Electricity in the 40. Enough space to go through two households of downsizing. Maricela, Anna, Jose and the other fellows in the office. Always gracious, kind and wanting the best deal for me. So appreciate my time at CSI when I had to deal with both mine and parents’ belongings . Also lived the free perk of 2 guys and moving truck. That was a godsend at the time for sure. Thank you CSI team. Maricela, Jose and the other fellow forgot his name with whom I communicated and got friendly with over my year long stay.

  Maricela was the absolute best. She was extremely helpful and even went the extra mile in helping me switch units despite it being unplanned. Wonderful and friendly customer service. Units are affordable, clean and easy to access. Would recommend 100 times over.

  Office Manager, MARICELA of CSI Mini Storage in Richmond, CA is truly the ⭐️STAR of this facility! She is a kind, organized, and a professional individual who definitely is knowledgeable of the services and products there. CSI-RICHMOND is NOW MY GO-TO STORAGE LOCATION because they have CLEAN storage units, MULTIPLE SIZES, and the BEST PRICES in the Bay Area!!! 👍 Excellent in Customer Service!

  I'm a brand new customer, so my experience is still limited with CSI Storage in general, but I wanted to take the time to give some praise to Maricela, who helped me get set up with a spot at the Alameda location on a day that the manager of the Alameda location had to close early due to an emergency. Without getting into the full story, I was stuck with a rental truck full of my belongings because of a really unfortunate failure on the part of another local storage company. Maricela went outside of normal protocol and made some calls to arrange for me to get set up in a space that day and in a matter of minutes, even though there was no manager on staff to receive and check me in. She made calls and arrangements to make sure it got done. I cannot be more grateful, as I would have been really stuck in a bad situation both logistically and financially. I'm not sure she even knew how much trouble she saved me. Anyway just a positive testimonial to share some good will I was blessed with and for sure got me started on the right foot with CSI. Thanks so much Maricela!
