The staff at this location is truly amazing. They’re always there when you need them, and no matter what question or issue comes up, they do everything they can to help. Kaveh helped me twice, and Liz was wonderful as well.
What I appreciate just as much is their sense of humor. It makes every interaction feel easy and genuine. Somehow I always leave the office in a better mood than when I walked in. By far the best experience I’ve had in LOS ANGELES . Highly recommend!

I lost keys to my storage and Kaveh was so detailed on explaining the process to me from breaking the lock to replacement I felt in good hands. While this he noticed I've been trying to make payments electronically and wasn't able to and resolved it for me!!! Bonus points for attentiveness because I didn't even bring it up. Definitely great customer service and helpful!!
