My moving-in experience and the first few days have been excellent. The unit itself was spotless and ready for me to start moving in my belongings. Barney, the facility manager, is highly knowledgeable and also very willing to help, and to accommodate any questions. The Willow Street location is ideal for both Redwood City and also driving via 101. I'm really impressed by the ease of bluetooth access using the Extra Space Storage app on my phone. After just a few days, I'm happy to recommend Extra Space Storage in Redwood City, CA, wholeheartedly.
