    I recently moved to the area and visited the store and was assisted by the manager Kevin, He was great! I bought a chlorine floater and realized when I used it for the first time that the lid arm was broken so it didn't actually stay on the unit. I came into the store today to see if I could swap out the lid for a new one and was greeted with an empty store, Brandy was just sitting behind the service department counter on her phone and couldn't be bothered to get up and greet me. I explained I didn't have the physical receipt and she told me that if I went home and got the entire unit and not just the lid (doesn't make sense logically when only the lid is broken) that she would damage it out and replace it. I drove all the way back home and back to the store with the unit at which point she stated she could do nothing without the physical receipt that I already told her I did not have. So she wasted my time having me drive back and forth. At this point I asked if she could look up the purchase on my account as I have an account attached to my phone number that Kevin made for me on my first visit. She said "I don't know of any company that does things that way" I reminded her that pretty much every modern company does things this way. Especially if they have an account system, otherwise what is the point of having an account to track things. She then looked up the purchase and asked me the date, I didn't know the date so I looked it up with my bank and told her it was May 28th (that's when the charge posted to my account) she then said she didn't have a purchase on that date and that it was actually on the 27th (banks take a day to post things) which tells me that she could see my purchases and was just playing games at that point. I have never been treated so poorly for trying to exchange something that probably costs fractions of a cent to produce. I came here wanted to support a brick and mortar business over online retailers but people like Brandy make me realize why in person retail is dying.

    Will the doors are open I went in the lady said that they're down and they can't take no customers I don't understand why they could just reset the system but apparently she doesn't know how worst service ever
