Which is fine, but in the amount of time it took me to find the one item I was looking for, I would've expected to see someone I could ask, and I didn't. I finally found it, used the self check out and left. Never crossed paths with a team member. So, eh. Glad they had the things I needed.

I avoid this store just because of what a headache it is. They also have an absurd amount of electrical and other things behind cages, and yes it takes legit 20 minutes to get someone to help you open the cages. This store is a lesson in what you do if you DO NOT want to self product. What a joke.

The incorrect parts were sold with my delivery and I was told that it was my fault that they were unable to deliver and install as purchased. Delivery of a range oven should not be made into a complicated multi day ordeal.

- DDDavidApr 15, 20261.0Ordered a storage shed and paid for home delivery. Lowe’s delayed delivery six times after confirming appointments. I called their 800 customer service number and promptly got a foreigner who barely spoke English after being on hold for 20 minutes. I finally went into the Redding store to see if they could figure out what was going on. The lady who helped me was nice enough, but when she looked up the order she said they had no clue where the shed was because the tracking number they had didn’t even show up in their system. I cancelled the order and ordered the exact same item from Amazon. You would think that someone from Lowe’s would have contacted me and told me the item was lost instead of just canceling and rescheduling delivery dates by email. Garbage customer service. UPDATE!!! So Lowe’s response to my review telling them I called their 800 customer service number that did nothing for me is to tell me to call the same customer service number so they can look into it??? You can’t make this crap up. 🤣

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
