Review of Lowe’s in general through my experience at this location: 80+ wasted days in a partially delivered order. Didn’t get half of the items. 3 phantom deliveries later, 2+ hours getting customer support from 7 different employees , finally got my money back.

Lowe's came thru for me again. Needed a hard to find propane 40 gl water heater. They had it instock. Living on the northcoast in small town we have no Lowe's . Im happy to travel some to get here. Sales associates throughout the store are eager to please. Awesome

I'm writing to escalate a critical issue with my flooring installation contract that has left me unable to move forward and significantly disappointed with Lowe's service.
Background: I have a 5-figure flooring contract scheduled to begin immediately, with an original delivery date of May 25th. I took time off work to prepare for installation, including removing existing flooring.
The Problem: The initial pallet delivered to the store was damaged. Last Tuesday, I was assured the store would assess the damage that day and contact me Wednesday with a reorder plan. I never received that call—nor the next day, nor the day after that. I made multiple follow-up calls over the course of the week, each time receiving the same promise of a callback that never materialized.
Today's Situation: When I called this morning, I was told the store has no documentation of the damage and no record of the shipment status. This means I cannot schedule installation until the flooring arrives, yet no one—including corporate—can determine where the flooring currently is or what happened to it.
Cumulative Impact: I've now spent over 4 hours on the phone with Installation Services in one week, taken time off work, and remain unable to move forward on this project. At this stage, I've asked about cancellation simply because I need resolution, though I genuinely don't want to cancel—I've already committed to a design and timeline.
I'm currently on hold for a manager escalation and would appreciate urgent attention to locating this shipment and getting me a clear path forward on installation.
Note: I want to acknowledge that every Installation Services representative I've spoken with has been professional and kind. The issue is systemic—documentation, communication, and accountability between the store and corporate.

Had a pick up order could only fit half the order in my car and was told they will hold the other half. 20 minutes later I come back and they cancelled my order for the other half saying payment did not go through yet they charged the full amount on my card. Only received 200 dollars of product but was charged 380... It's been 3 days store manager will do nothing have not received a refund they were extremely rude and are trying to fight it..... You can not just steal money!!!!!!
