  The guy Brandon that helped us was fantastic! We even requested him for our second visit. He was thorough, friendly, and trustworthy. We appreciate him and chose to switch to Clark’s for our pest control needs going forwards based on the experience we had.

  I got a nice new service man from Clarks. Happened to be at home when he stopped by for the monthly service and got to meet Zach. I loved Adam, but Zach was very nice and polite. Made sure I was taken care of, asked if I was having any issues and made sure to do a thorough job as the usual Clark top of the line service I always receive. I will truly miss Adam, but glad to have Zach on board- thank you Zach

  Shelli and I have been very pleased by the work completed by Anna at our home. She always does a great job, and with obstacles that we think would interfere with her job, she just works right around them. Anna has also been accommodating with our schedules. Thank you, Anna.

  Our Clark Field Rep Rowdy here in West Redding does an excellent job on our property for our basic pest control service. He is courteous, explains what he is going to do, is quick but thorough, ensures safety is maintained for us, any visiting pets, and himself. He is very observant and makes recommendations to help minimize the issues the bugs can make. Rowdy comes prepared to do the job. He is very pleasant to interact with and represents Clark Pest Control quite well. On the occasions I have had a need to call the local Clark office, the customer service rep finds our account on their system readily and is willing to work with me to adjust the schedule to meet our needs and provide me account balance information. I have had the opportunity to meet field leadership at my home - they have provided the service and do quality control checks on the regular rep’s work. All around, I feel that Clark Pest Control here in Redding is doing a sound job in the face of growing costs in the California market.

  The tech Josh worked with us to spray and try to remove the wasps or yellow jackets on our property. They have become so bad that our vehicles were getting nests in them. Clark called me to ensure our voice was heard. Josh spoke with me about our account and services. He explained what sprays he can use and when. I felt heard. Thank you Joshua.
