  Kalob always calls me the day before to let me know when he will be on property and asks if there is anything in particular he would like me for him to address. I wish I could have him for my personal property in addition to just doing my rentals.

  Kaleb was polite and listened to problems I described. He did the spraying all around the perimeter of our house very efficiently.

  So far very unsatisfied. Signed up 7/24, one of the selling points was I was told they spray 30 feet into the yard to help create a larger barrier. 7/25 technician came out, no spraying into the yard. A day later had a huge intrusion of ants inside and outside near a door. Left two messages, got a response saying they can come spray again 7/31, the tech called me saying he couldn’t really make that day and if he could come Monday 8/3, I said sure. It’s currently 8/6, no one has come by and I’ve sent two more messages asking about them coming back out with no response. Maybe it’s a busy season for them or maybe they just over sell themselves, not sure. At any rate you might as well just spray yourself.

  I wish zero stars was allowed! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! We canceled services through a phone call but also in person the last time Zach came to do service. Over the weekend got our text to remind of services I texted back we don’t get services anymore please don’t come, Monday morning the tech himself texts me and says “I’m here to do service”. IMMED texted back no we don’t use you anymore do not go to my house. Proceeded to knock on my door anyway where my 14 year old answered summer time home alone NORMAL he WENT INSIDE MY HOME without permission while a MINOR was alone to get to backyard. Then followed up with I’m sorry I didn’t know and I “DIDN’T GO INSIDE” clearly a lie my daughter let him go through to service a backyard he had NO PERMISSION to be in!!! There are so many reasons that this is wrong inappropriate and should be against company policy. Then all of a sudden the first text from in the morning from him disappeared off the text thread so he could try and say he didn’t text me at all. SO SHADY AND SCARY. Talked to the regional manager and he was a bundle of oh well sorry with a bit of narcissism and gaslighting. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY DON’T DO THAT GOOD OF A JOB. Still considering reaching out to the authorities for trespassing with a minor on sight and no permission to be on my property Clear refusal of do not go to my property! Do better Clark do better
