- JPJohn PetersJun 14, 20265.0I have a 22 zone irrigation system. Only 12 of these are connected rot my Hunter controller. The other 10 are operated by battery-powered mini-controllers, each of which needs to be managed separately. I wanted to get all 22 stations connected to and managed by a single Controller. So, after a little web investigation, I contacted Precision Irrigation. Edgar came out to assess the job and proposed a very reasonable solution. Since the problem was that we either didn't have wiring, or had existing, but questionable quality wiring to the 10 sites not on the central controller, he designed a solution which ran wires from each valve-set and then brought them up through 2 downspouts and ran them inside the gutter to a spot outside my garage attic and then down to the controller in the garage.The result has been fantastic. No wires are visible beyond each valve-set. We upgraded the Hunter controller to a HydraWise configuration with WiFi connectivity, and now I can manage all 22 zones from my iPhone APP or the HydraWise web application via my laptop. I am completely satisfied with the result. It's exactly what I wanted. Edgar was great to work with. He knows his stuff, tells you what he is gong to do, and then he and his crew just do it: No hassles and no surprises, The whole job was completed in 2 1/2 days. Irrigation has been working perfectly since then I highly recommend Precision Irrigation.
