I have had an absolutely outstanding experience with SoCal Self Storage, and the primary reason for that experience is their manager, Laura Kyrk. From the very beginning, Laura has been exceptionally professional, accommodating, kind, and dependable. She has always made herself available whenever I had a question or needed assistance, and she consistently handled everything with patience, courtesy, and genuine concern for the customer. Laura is honestly one of the main reasons I chose this facility. Having a manager who is trustworthy, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers makes all the difference. I would highly recommend SoCal Self Storage, especially because of the exceptional management and customer service provided by Laura. Companies are only as good as the people who represent them, and SoCal Self Storage is very fortunate to have Laura as their manager. Five stars without hesitation.

Laura set us up with a great unit! The place was immaculately clean. Still have not seen a bug, rodent, spider, droppings literally nothing. Cleanest safest storage in town with great prices and great customer service!! Thank you Laura !!

I have been very impressed with this facility and the honest help and advice from Laura and her staff. During major moves and the stress that goes with it, Laura made the storage process trouble free. I took advantage of the moving van available for just the cost of gas to facilitate the transfer of our property. The facility itself has convenient points of access, is always clean and temperature controlled. Has good security measures to make you feel safe. Highly recommended

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility and common areas are clean and the unit I rented was clean. The loading area was easy to find and use and elevators are convenient. We had a 2nd floor unit but it was easy to load and unload using the provided carts. We were able to use their truck and it has plenty of room inside. A great experience all around.
