Blonde older woman who works at customer service/ returns desk is extremely unprofessional and turns away business based on profiling customers. I asked if the green machine carpet cleaner was available for rent and she said "we don't do rentals" in a very aggressive tone. When | left to exit I passed a row of carpet cleaners with a sign that enthusiastically read
"rent today!" Uninterested in the trouble and lack of professionalism I headed to Home Depot and rented and returned one no problem! I'll be heading there for my home care from now on.

The lack of employees really hurts customer service. I couldn't find anyone to help at all. There are no cashiers just a single geriatric guy at self checkout who had a look of sheer confusion when I asked him a question and he was no help at all. Also the lack of variety and limited selection in products is what this make this the worst Lowes I have ever been to.

I ordered a safe from here to be delivered to my home specifically because i'm recovering from surgery and can't carry a heavy safe up the stairs to my apartment. Having it delivered seemed like the smart choice to get it here. But the lazy delivery person left it at the bottom of my flight of stairs, where anyone could have tripped over it or even stolen it. What's the point of having something delivered to your apartment if the delivery person is too lazy to actually get it there? Shame on you Lowes for not using more capable people! I have no complaint with the actual product, but the fact that they failed to do their job in actually delivering it to me (outside my door where it should have been left). This was an order that was taken via phone from lowe's staff. And I noticed that they transposed my apartment number. They couldn't even get the apartment number right. Maybe that's another reason the delivery person didn't even know where to leave it. Sloppy and lazy work all around. I know I gave my address twice. So there was no reason for it to be wrong. Can't recommend shopping here for these reasons. Only reason i'm giving two stars instead of one is because the product itself was fine.
