  One of a homeowner’s greatest reliefs is knowing that the people caring for their property are not only competent, but deeply invested in getting every detail right. There simply aren’t enough stars to give Fran and Bill and their team at Mariposa. From the moment we began working with them, it was clear we were in the hands of true professionals, thoughtful, meticulous, and genuinely committed to excellence. Their ability to assess, plan, and execute across multiple aspects of the property, irrigation, lighting, trees, and overall aesthetics, is nothing short of remarkable, and they somehow make it all look effortless, which I’m fairly certain it isn’t. What sets them apart is not just their expertise, but their wisdom and care. They treat the property as if it were their own, anticipating issues before they arise and solving problems before you even know they exist. At this point, I’m convinced they can see underground pipes, future root systems, and possibly into the next decade. Their team is skilled, respectful, and a pleasure to have on site. Working with Mariposa has been a complete joy, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found them.   Recently did a major remodel of my 40 year old Rancho Santa Fe garden involving “zone zero” compliance, walkways, trellis, raised beds and lots of planting and upgraded irrigation. Fran and Bill Lambert were here every day over several weeks ensuring that everything was perfect, ably aided by their outstanding and long-serving crew. What a pleasure they all are to work with!

  We have been using Fran and Bill's Miraposa Landscaping business since 2018 In Encinitas CA We have had great experiences with them and their team. They have always been professional, on time, knowledgeable, and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent landscaping design and service I would say top notch service at reasonable rates. They have done numerous jobs for us and are maintaining our property precisely. Services we have used range from tree cutting, planting, design, irrigation, water saving system and many many more and they have exceeded our expectations every time.
