Visit: 09/05/2026 at around 8pm We just finished renovating our home and were genuinely excited to start furnishing it, so we stopped into LoveSac expecting to seriously consider purchasing. Unfortunately, the experience was off-putting almost immediately. Two employees were standing at the counter when we walked in, and neither greeted us. Eventually, the employee at the computer closest to the entrance acknowledged us, but barely. He continued staring at his screen while responding with dismissive little “yep” and “mhm” answers and pointing around the store without even looking up to speak with us. It wasn’t that we expected anyone to hover over us or give us some elaborate sales presentation. Basic courtesy, eye contact, and a little interest in helping a customer would have been enough. Instead, the whole interaction felt indifferent and frankly rude. The ironic part is that we came in ready to furnish a newly renovated home and were not particularly concerned about price. We were exactly the kind of customers a furniture store should want walking through the door, and yet the service made the decision incredibly easy for us. We left without buying anything and, more importantly, without any desire to give LoveSac another chance. There are far too many places happy to earn our business. Our money will be better spent elsewhere.

Service was beyond perfect! We are so happy with our couch, and even more impressed with everyone we have worked within the store and with the customer service team.

Alexys was the most helpful associate I have worked with. We have her our budget and got us not only what we needed but what we wanted under budget. She was so accommodating, attentive, and sweet. I will be going back and highly recommend others to shop out of this location.
