- MMMastery with Ms. MarianneAug 18, 20261.0So sad. I spend several thousand dollars a year at this Hobby Lobby Rancho. Among other things, I purchased a pillow and paid cash about two months ago. My elderly father passed away two weeks later and a few days before, my parents were victims of identity theft. Turned out the pillow didn’t match, and after dealing with his passing and identity, theft, and everything else, I just tried to return the pillow without a receipt. Apparently, they have now reduced the price on it to what they consider clearance, and even knowing that I am a regular shopper and spend a whole lot of money here every year, they can’t do me the favor of even giving a store credit for less than $15, because I don’t have the freaking receipt. Talked to three different people, but no, they have to hold the line, because that $15 or less, apparently matters so much. I could see their point, so I figured if the bottom line was that important, that pillow could probably help them, so I left it with them as well. Good luck, Hobby Lobby Rancho! Watch out customers – be sure you keep your receipt, especially if you pay cash because you never know if some traumatic event may happen in your life and you may not get back immediately.

- MTMike TAug 13, 20265.0This is a really good craft store. It was well stocked and neat and clean. We came for tons of embroidery three and they had every color we needed. They had a very nice Halloween Shop set up in the front. Great store.
- RCRebecca CardenasAug 11, 20265.0I fall in love with every hobby lobby, I love the presentation of being able to walk down the displays before directing entering a building. The one in Vegas had awkward side entrances. People would stop in the way blocking the door in. Love that this store is set up beautifully. Christmas in summer was stress inducing for me....😬🤣🤪 Great store and plenty of stock and variety.
- AVAndy VAug 10, 20262.0The older lady who manages the cashiers has an absolutely terrible management style and is extremely rude to her own employees which leads to a terrible customer experience. She needs to be retrained on customer experience. I'm currently next in line to checkout, and the manager forces the cashier to close the register without a plan in place to direct the rest of the customers in line, including myself as well, to move to a new register. The cashier just puts up the register closed sign while there's still 3 more customer in line waiting to checkout, she doesn't say a single word to us. The Manager herself also doesn't say a single word and walks away. All of us customers are now extremely confused on what just happened had to scramble to look for another open register and wait all over again in an even longer line. I've never experience a terrible customer experience from a large retailer in my life, especially with the manager right there.
